Ingredients
- Couscous 1 cup = 50gm
- Peanuts 10-15
- cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- coconut oil
- olive oil(optional)
- Salt
Process
1. To a pan add a bit of coconut oil and optionally a little bit of olive oil.
2. Once the oil is hot, put flame on medium, add the cumin seeds and fry for about 5 seconds.
3. Then add peanuts and fry for 10-15 seconds on medium flame.
4. Add the couscous and fry it for 10-15 seconds on medium flame.
5. Add 2 cups of water and 1/2 tea spoon of salt. Mix it well.
6. Put the flame on simmer/low, cover and leave it to cook for 10 minutes.
7. After 10 minutes, open the lid and mix it a bit, that's it! Couscous is ready 😋
